Good to know

• check in: from 14.00. If you arrive after 8 p.m., please let us know.
• check out before 10 a.m.
• If you use the kitchen on the day of departure, please wash the dishes, cutlery and all other kitchen utensils and fill and start the dishwasher.
• the Burgus is a completely non-smoking house.

Something happen to me! So what do I do?

• up to 1 month before arrival: changes and cancellations are free.
• from 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total travel price
• from 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total travel price
• in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show: 100% of the agreed travel price.

Better cash!

• we prefer cash, but we also accept checks, EC or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• the reservation becomes binding when the credit card number including the expiry date is provided or the deposit is transferred by wire transfer.
